Quest Dialog
This letter of recommendation is proof of your achievements as a Billposter. Guard it as you would your own life.
Take it to Domek, the Billposter Sage. He resides at Fountain of Dead Person in the Northern Leren Mountains.
Before you do that, however, retrieve the Hall Document from Hoiren. He's hiding somewhere in the Garden of Rhisis.
